Since September of last year under Sofia´s supervision we created our own organic vegetable garden alongside our vineyard to supply our Restaurant with the best possible Mendoza grown vegetables and indulge our guests in these wonderful flavors. It has been a total success not only because of the wonderful feedback from our Restaurant visitors, but all our staff is completely involved and aware of the caring of this garden and of course its results.

The initiative has enabled us to offer the flavors of our land and showcase the amazing vegetables from Mendoza. We are glad we can be a part of the global trend of “Farm to Table” and knowing that what we eat comes from 50 feet of the table and is surrounded by our vineyards. We are happy to say we are the first winery to embrace from to table in Mendoza, and it has been a fantastic learning experience for us.

During the summer we had the chance to savor the truly mouthwatering tomatoes a true reminiscence of what tomatoes should taste like. Now in winter we are taking advantage of our herbs, different lettuces and squashes. We wanted to share this great achievement and show you some pictures. We invite you to visit us and try these wonderful vegetables first hand at our restaurant open for lunch from Monday to Saturday.
