Introducing Zonda, landscape cuisine

 At Zonda, visitors can live an interactive experience. Each guest has the option to participate in Cuyo cooking workshops, thematic cycles with our chefs, lunches and dinners accompanied by great vintages of our wines. At the same time you can enjoy the organic vegetable garden, vineyards and olive trees, accompanied by the calm nature of our estate.

During the next months, we will include in Zonda's calendar cycles of special guests, the first to join in October and December are Teodolina Quesada and Juliana Lopez May.  In addition, there will be workshops on ferments, cheese, pastry, meats, infusions, etc., where we will seek to train all those lovers of gastronomy and winemaking.

Zonda was born with the dream of transmitting the culture of Mendoza, and bringing other cuisines of the world to us. The goal is to become a friendly and open place for haute cuisine and the constant training of those who approach us.

All our projects are developed under the premise of triple impact, Sofia Pescarmona comments "In line with our commitment to sustainability and society, Zonda also sees itself as a space for education and job placement. Through the Enlace program in conjunction with the Municipality of Lujan de Cuyo, we collaborate to train young people in the Gastronomy activity. "
