Spring Time! The ideal time for a Blanc de Noir Rosé
Spring has arrived at Lagarde! The first shoots are coming out with the warm and sunny days of spring. This is the ideal time to enjoy the freshness of wines like our Lagarde Blanc de Noir Rosé over an open-air meal or during a cool late afternoon. With a light pink color and aromas of fresh red fruits such as morello cherries and raspberries, our Blanc de Noir Rosé is the ideal companion for fish dishes or simply as a refreshing drink on a warm spring day.
This wine is made with 50% Malbec and 50% Pinot Noir grapes. Each variety is processed separately. Prior to fermentation, the grapes are cold-macerated for a few hours in the same press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 18 °C. This wine has no contact with oak. Learn more at www.lagardewine.com/en/wines
